The safety of our homeowners and guests is our number one priority. If you have an emergency, or are in a threatening situation, call for emergency help! Do not contact the Spanish Lakes Board! The following numbers are helpful, but are not all-inclusive.
If you have a life-threatening emergency, want to report a fire, or other emergency situation, DIAL 911
For reporting non-emergency crimes (trespassers/minor crimes/theft) call the SLO County Sheriff at (805) 781-4550
Do not confront anyone who you might be uncomfortable talking to. Do not contact Board Members. Board members are not qualified nor required to confront trespassers or deal with threatening situations. Instead, please call the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s office at the number listed above. Or, you can call the Templeton station, during office hours M-F (805) 434-4290.
For reporting water emergencies, contact one of your water board members. (Note: The Homeowners Board of Directors do not have access or ability to fix water problems.)
